Relationship Manager

Description:

As our field sales executive, your role is to sell the concept and services of DocSuggest. As such, you have a very important part to play in DocSuggest's success.

Your typical activities are likely to include:

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with our existing customers via meetings, telephone calls & emails.
  • Visiting potential customers for new business.
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
  • Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends.
  • Representing our organisation at trade exhibitions, events & demonstrations.
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments & discussing special promotions.
  • Liaising with our customers to check on the progress of existing implementations.
  • You are also expected to be involved in identifying new markets & business opportunities.
  • Recording sales and order information.
  • Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Competencies:
  • Strong bent towards direct sales & marketing,
  • Should possess good communication & presentation skills,
  • Prior experience in Yellow Pages, Direct Selling, Space Selling and/or Concept Selling industry preferred,
  • Background is pharmaceuticals/healthcare industry is a bonus.
