Manage your Ziffi Profile

Hello Doctor,

Welcome to the Ziffi Self Service Profile Management Help Page. In order to help you leverage the Ziffi platform to the maximum, we bring you the Self Service portal which gives you the ability to manage your own profile and every information related to you.

Make sure, you keep your profile and schedules upto date. As regular updates of your profile ensures that you are visible to patients easily, enabling more and more patients take benefit of your service.

Below we show you how to use the Ziffi Self-Service portal efficiently. Click on the associated images below to view the gallery showcasing the various sections of a doctor's profile. You can also view the associated video to see the demonstration.

If you are a doctor and not yet associated with Ziffi, do let us know by filling up the New Doctor Sign Up form.

Administration Bar

To manage your profile, you should first login to Ziffi website.

Once you have logged in, you will see the "Administration Bar" containing the quick links for your ease to help you manage various aspects of your profile. These links will be accessible from anywhere on the website till the time you logout.

You can start by clicking on the "Edit Profile" link.

Edit Buttons

We have categorized your profile information in various sections like your Basic Information at the top, followed by your areas of Expertise, Specialties and the rest. To edit any section of your profile, you can click on the Edit button on the top right corner of each section.

Private Information

Start by adding your personal information like your alternate email, phone, date of birth and your registration number.

This information is private to us and will never be displayed to anyone. We recommend you to fill this section as it helps us avoid duplication of data.

Public Information

The next section is your Basic Profile information, which will be the first thing viewed by the user. Click on the "Edit" button in the top right corner of this section. All the fields in this section will now become editable.

You can add multiple fields wherever applicable. In most of the fields like Degrees and Languages, we provide you a list of suggestions on the commonly used terms. For other fields, you need to enter the text in the fields you want.

Similarly, you can use the Edit buttons in other sections of your profile.

Your Profile Picture

Also, you can change/add your image to your profile by hovering on your image and clicking on the "Change" link. This opens up a dialog asking you to upload an image from your computer. Once you upload an image, you will be asked to select the portion of the image you wish to resize/crop using the selection tool.

We also display previews of your selection on the right side to help you to select the exact image. These are previews of how your image appears in the search result and on your profile page.

Manage Your Schedule

To add/edit your schedule at a hospital/clinic, you need to select the hospital from the drop down list, then select the time in "FROM" & "TILL" & select the days for this schedule and click on the "Add" button.

Remember, you can add multiple schedule intervals to each hospital.

Say, you consult patients at a hospital from Monday to Friday starting 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and on Saturday starting 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, you can add 2 schedule intervals with the said combination.

Similarly, you add multiple combinations for same day as well.

Your current schedule is displayed in the "Current Schedule" section. You can remove a particular schedule entry by clicking on the cross button below that schedule entry.

Manage Your Vacations

If you are not available to see patients for a particular time period, you can use the "Add a Vacation" section to let us know you are not available and we will make sure we do not book appointments in that time period. You can select the hospital and select the date and time between which you won't be available.
